The JSC “Uzbekekspertiza” provides the following main types of services:
Certificate for property imported by enterprises with foreign investments for their own production needs – a document confirming the purpose of the imported property for use in the technological process of manufacturing products, work and services. Conclusion on the classification of imported technological equipment and spare parts for it, as well as components, raw materials and materials to the category used in the technological process in the production of localized products – a document, including in electronic form, confirming the intended use of imported technological equipment and spare parts for it, as well as components, raw materials and materials for use in the technological process in the production of localized products.
Certificates of origin of goods in the Republic of Uzbekistan are issued in order to confirm the country of origin of goods and can be used to receive benefits in accordance with the current legislation of the country of importation. Certification of the origin of goods means an examination procedure to determine the country of origin of goods with the subsequent issuance, certification of certificates of origin of exported and re-exported goods from the Republic of Uzbekistan.
When exporting goods from the Republic of Uzbekistan, a certificate is issued when the certificate is necessary and it is specified in the relevant contracts or in the national rules of the country importer or provided for by international obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as at the request of the exporter.
Along with what mentioned above, to simplify customs clearance procedures for Uzbek goods in the countries of import, JSC “Uzbekekspertiza” from August 1, 2015 introduced an electronic system for verifying certificates of origin of goods, which is carried out through the official website of JSC “Uzbekekspertiza” in the window of interactive services in the most convenient and simple way .
Examination of the quantity / quality of imported and domestic goods can be carried out at the following stages:
– loading, for sending goods to the buyer (customer, recipient);
– acceptance of goods upon its arrival to the buyer (customer, recipient)
– in other cases, upon request of the customer.
A subdivision of JSC “Uzbekekspertiza”, which provides services, within 3 working days, and for perishable goods, within 24 hours will send an expert to conduct an examination or notify the customer of a reasonable refusal of it, which indicates the reason for refusal.
The classification of goods in accordance with the CNFEA of the Republic of Uzbekistan is used to simplify the collection of fees and taxes on goods imported into the customs territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, work on the assessment of product compliance with regulatory requirements and the formation of statistical reporting.
JSC “Uzbekbekpertiza” carries out an independent of suppliers (manufacturers, exporters) and consignees (buyers, importers) expertise to determine the quantity and quality of goods.
According to the results of the examination, an examination report is drawn up, which can be used by the customer to protect the rights and interests of exporters’ businessmen, to resolve disputes between the parties during the implementation of the exhibition.
According to the results of the examination, expert opinions on the equipment are issued, which indicate the main defects, describes the technical condition of the main components, blocks, structural elements and parts and concludes that the product is unsuitable for further repair and operation.
