On September 25, 2025, an international roundtable was held in Samarkand with the participation of a delegation from the People’s Republic of China. The event was organized ahead of the international seminar “AgroExport Samarkand: ASM Export Solutions — from Field to Port.”

At the meeting, issues related to the introduction of modern technologies in the agro-industrial complex, certification and metrology, as well as the prospects for joint investment projects were discussed.

Following the roundtable, the parties expressed interest in long-term cooperation and outlined promising areas of partnership. In addition, after the conclusion of tomorrow’s seminar, the Chinese business delegation, together with the regional administration, plans to get acquainted with local infrastructure facilities for the implementation of new projects.
