As part of the ongoing efforts to develop Uzbekistan’s national innovation infrastructure, a productive meeting was held between the leadership of “Uzbekexpertiza” Joint-Stock Company and the “Yashnabad” Technopark.

During the discussions, the parties addressed issues related to the implementation of the Presidential Decree No. PF–5068 dated June 5, 2017, and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 468 dated July 5, 2017. Special emphasis was also placed on fulfilling the objectives outlined in the Presidential Decree No. PQ–126, adopted on March 14, 2024—particularly regarding the effective integration of the Project Offices under “Uzbekexpertiza” JSC with technoparks.

The parties expressed mutual interest in establishing systematic cooperation aimed at supporting entrepreneurial initiatives in high-tech sectors, facilitating the industrialization and commercialization of technological developments, and actively involving technopark residents in the activities of the Project Offices.

As a key outcome of the meeting, an agreement was reached to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation. This document is set to become the basis for a mutually beneficial and consistent partnership in providing expert, analytical, and methodological support for innovative projects. This strategic collaboration lays the foundation for sustainable cooperation between the two organizations, contributing to the dynamic development of the national innovation ecosystem.
