AGENDA:

• Approval of the rules for conducting the general meeting of shareholders of "Uzbekexpertiza" JSC.
• Selection of an independent audit organization to perform the mandatory audit, determination of the amount of payment for their services, and the conclusion of a contract valid until 2023.
• Approval of changes and additions to the Charter of "Uzbekexpertiza" JSC in accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 25, 2023, No. PF-14, and the appointment of the executive body's leader.
• Approval of changes and additions to the Charter of "Uzbekexpertiza" JSC, made in accordance with established procedures.

To participate in the general meeting of shareholders related to holding the meeting outside the queue established for the general meeting of shareholders, the shareholder register will be closed on April 12, 2023.
