Certification of conformity of goods

Conformity assessment is an activity to determine the conformity of products, production processes, services, management systems, personnel, bodies for assessing conformity with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, as well as regulatory documents in the field of technical regulation

A certificate of conformity is a document issued according to the rules of the certification system to confirm compliance of certified products with established requirements.

The certification body at Uzbekexpertiza JSC is accredited by the State Unitary Enterprise "Accreditation Center" (Accreditation Certificate O'ZAK.MS.0024 dated 09/07/2020) and issues certificates of conformity for food and agricultural products, packaging products, perfumery and cosmetic products , household chemicals, light industry products and consumer goods according to the scope of accreditation. This type of activity is regulated by the following legal acts:

• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Technical Regulation”.
• Rules for product certification, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 18, 2005 No. 1458.
• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 30, 2021 No. 43 “On approval of lists of objects of conformity assessment in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the conformity of which is subject to confirmation.”
