In compliance with the decree of the President of Uzbekistan dated July 6, 2021, “On Additional Measures for the Effective Organization of Anti-Corruption Activities” on April 2, 2024, “Uzbekexpertiza” JSC obtained a certificate of compliance for its anti-corruption management system with the international standard ISO 37001:2016.

At the ceremony for the certificate presentation participated: General Auditor (MBA, IRCA) - Riad Asimovich Ibrahimov, Director of Cert International - Marat Ramilevich Khabibulin, General Director of “Uzbekexpertiza” JSC - Artem Aleksandrovich Grigoryants, as well as heads of departments and divisions of the Company.

This certificate signifies the Company's uncompromising stance against any manifestations of corruption and contributes to enhancing the trust of applicants and business partners.

“Uzbekexpertiza” JSC has also implemented an anti-corruption system based on international standards. In collaboration with local experts, several measures have been undertaken to align the Company's anti-corruption management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016. Specifically, threats and risks leading to corrupt practices have been assessed, and measures to reduce them have been identified.

Systematic efforts have been established, such as conducting due diligence on contractors, employees providing declarations of compliance with the anti-corruption policy, maintaining a list of employees with high corruption risk, and managing a conflict of interest registry.

With the international training company CERT Academy, several training courses have been organized to familiarize company employees with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016.

These measures will help prevent potential corruption incidents within the system and contribute to improving service delivery to applicants based on principles of openness and transparency.
